I had a similar experience with Placesettings.com. I ordered a set of China which never arrived. Instead I received excuses for the delay until after four months I canceled the order. I asked for a refund and had to wait another four months for it to happen. My emails and voice mails were ignored. This organization is a scam. The owner is Robert J. Marossy and his other email address is weeklytrader@aol.com. I only received my refund after going through the Better Business Bureau and threatening to contact the local Matthews police department and an attorney. I recommend that everyone do the same. These people will not refund a dime unless they believe there will be legal consequences. Don't wait - be proactive about using whatever resources are available.
