Rocket Lawyer is processing stolen credit cards. Ogden Utah

Please email us directly at customeroutreach@rocketlawyer.com with the email address that you had used to sign up on Rocket Lawyer with and the name on the account. We would really like to get this taken care of.

I'll slow this down so you can understand what is being said. I said ROCKET LAWYER is the one who has stolen my money. When I talked to your employees they had 2 different stories about the account. I dont believe anything that is being said by your company because you have a track record of lying to me. Get it. I have researched your company and mostly all of the complaints center around your fraudulant billing practices and some about your poor products. This is your track record, not mine. If my CC paid for this account, I do have the legal right to access it. You seem to be covering something up. I am not defaming this company, Rocket Lawyer is defaming themselves through shady business practices. Its disturbing that all your complaints seem to be of the same nature and your the last to know.  Get it.

   I'm not sure what you expect by defaming this company, but your report is completely ridiculous.    If someone steals your credit card number and uses it at a business, the credit card company reimburses you.   That's it.    The investigation is between the CC company and the merchant.  You have no standing to request any personal details about the account that was opened fraudulently with your card.   The CC company does.  You do not.    Get it? 

  That applies to any merchant when fraudulent activity occurs.    As the cardholder, your only right is to have the fraudulent charge reimbursed.   You do not get to play amateur detective with information that you have no legal right to access.   Your report here is both ignorant and childish in it's naivity.
