I am writing to add my complaint to the growing list of complaints against this company.

I signed up for the "free" week because I only needed one form. I cancelled it immediately after my download the same day. I did not receive a welcome letter or cancellation letter. My wife, however, questioned me three months later regarding a billing on our credit card from RocketLawyer @ $39.95 a month. I immediately called Rocket Lawyer. They told me (in my words) that as a courtesy they would only rip me off for $39.95 and would be so wonderful to refund $79.90.

Lesson learned: Never give out your credit card for trials.. they don't end well!
