Rooms To Go The furniture that I purchased one year ago, and it looks like I've had it for 20 years (not good), the fabric picks up lent and buttons have fallen off multiple times Woodlands Nationwide

I purchased the Briar Row Gray living room set in 2013 and paid for the extra fabric protection which came with a 3-year warranty. I called Rooms To Go's Customer Service Department today as another one of the buttons popped off and was told that the warranty I have only covers food and beverage stains. The furniture is of poor quality and it looks like I have had it for 90 years...thus saying the fabric and quality is run down and has not kept its lusture. I rarely have visitors so it should not have wear and tear as it appears it has. 

 I will never purchase from there again as they do not live up to their warranty or service they claim when you are making your purchase.
