Rooms To Go peeling living room suite Pensacola Florida

 Purchased a living room suite in November 2010 and now it is cracking and peeling.  We bought a warranty, but when we called customer service we were told that the warranty only covered food stains.  This was NOT what the sales lady told us when we purchased it.  What she told us was a lie from the beginning.  she told us it would cover anything that happens to our furniture for 3 years, now who wouldn't buy that kind of warranty?  Well, thats not so.  We called the store Mgr, not once but twice and he wont even return our calls. 

I have been nice about this so far, but I'm becoming not so nice real quick.  I have a $3100 living rm suite that is shedding all over my carpet and everytime I look at it, it pisses me off.   If Rooms to Go is not going to stand behind their furniture, then I wont step foot in there again, but I will not ever say a nice word about them and the sales people.  they should at least refund the money spent on the warranty, because the warranty isn't worth the "grayscale" paper that it is written on.   The company and its employees are trained liars and crooks.  they havent heard the last from me.
