Rooms To Go Uncaring, Brandenton Florida

 I purchased a $2000 sectional from them and it was way to big for the room. It caused a fight between me and my boyfriend and the end result is he threw me out, NOT Room To Goes fault. I now have a giant couch and no home. So I called and explained my problem and the response was Oh sorry but we can't help there is a NO RETURN policy. They did say I could exchange it so I tried that, BUT I'm homeless so there is no place to deliver or pick up. The couch is in the garage of a friend in a different town so now I can't exchange it. Then I noticed that there was an extra $200 charge on my bill that they won't refund. Was told that I was asked about this but because the salesman was Spanish I did not understand...REALLY!! So now I have this bill and no home and no one will help me. They will say how sorry they are that I'm not happy. Never will I buy from them again
