Santander Consumer USA A debt collector who don't give a dam about You Dallas TX, Texas

2004 Nissan Sentra 6 years old company Triad Financial sold my contract to Santander consumerusa for more money than its worth added two more years said I won't be finish on paying on the car is 2010 I bought the car in 2004 paid on the car for 5 years the car was paid off Nov 2009 then I became suspicious and asked them for the contract in which  the car suppose to be paid off.  When I inquired about it I sent them a letter of validation telling them to prove I owe $7000.00 on the car they couldn't prove it so they snatched my car held it hostage until I paid 1,365.00 to get the car back without proving I signed a fraulent contract.  I sent them the original contract in which me and my son signed back in 2004.  Santander sent me their contract which was no signatures and no dates when I signed the contract.  It was stamped in I questioned them who was the witness to we both signing of the contract.  They could not prove it so they ignored it.   Now they are trying to force me to sign the contract by snatching the car.  I know I don't owe these people this kind of money for a six year old car.  I want to sue them real bad because they caused me a hardship by snatching my car in the middle of rent time I had to make a loan where I lost money.  I got the car back in order to sue them later.  I have the different contracts and it upsets me so bad I cannot stand to hear about it after I paid to get the car back they called me a week later and told me I owe $400.00 repossession fees I went off so bad I had to be hospitalized.  Then I gave them $200.00 and just paid them $160.00 because I don't live just to pay car note the car has already been paid off.  I asked them for my title they would not give it to me.  I need a lawyer bad they started calling my job after the letter of validation after they destroyed my rights after they did everything illegal they won't quit They broke me to bad to continue to keep paying them knowing they are wrong its more I'm getting sick thinking about it.  Please help I don't have a lot of money and I want all my money back and don't want to pay them that $7,000.00 I do not owe I want compensation for what they put me through pain and suffering.  I want never notified from the company of the act of repossession I constantly told them I didn't have that money and it cost me a heart attack and stroke I turned blue in the face.
