I applied for an RAL with taxnet financial back in December. The disclaimer states that if you are denied you do not have to file your taxes with them. Well I got denied and when I tried to file my taxes with my normal tax prep I was unable to because they had already filed for me without my knowledge now I can't find out anything about my state refund. I am pretty sure there is a law against that.
