Verizon Bad Coverage Bad Customer Service Internet

I just bought a Verizon phone around a week ago. I have been with Cricket for years with my husband my daughter and myself (great coverage great service) why I tried to switch is beyond me I wanted to see what Verizon was like I bought the phone and no one can call in no texts I can only call out and the sounds breaks up, never had this problem with Cricket, I have been on the phone all day with Verizon I told them that I had the $1.99 a day plan unlimited talk well I was charged 25 cents a minute plus the 1.99 they didn't want to hear it and I really didn't care because I knew I was out my money because I was not keeping this phone, it doesn't work and it is new, they did not care about getting the problem fixed, so if you have any issue with a Verizon phone all I can say is "good luck" I had to call from my landline to Verizon Hum funny Verizon's phone call could go through that was my first phone call so I thought it was fixed hiung up tried to call my Verizon phone from my landline didn't work, called back they tried the same thing to get me off the phone I told them oh no done been there done that, I had my Cricket phone so i told her I will call my Verizon cell from my Cricket cell it says there is no such number the number does not exist, 3rd phone call same routine but anyway I will keep with Cricket and not venture off on to any other company. I thought Verizon was really good.... Ha... NOT!!!! so now I have a new cell that has to be thrown away. What a big waste of money I should have tried the T-mobile instead of the Verizon. Just was looking for something new, not no more, I will stick with Cricket. When it did work when I first got it when browsing the web for a few minutes the phone would get so HOT that I had to get off the web on the phone.
