Verizon Wireless billed $1800 and $1700 for each month 2 years ago. After speaking with store manager i thought the issue was resolved. Now they hired collection company to collect the dues. Monthly plan was for $200 per month max $300 per month.
How did they come up with $1800 per month? I stopped auto payment on the credit card they were charging amounts way higher than what was agreed. There is no way to contact them at the head office.
The biggest scammers in the industry. No longer with them and want this resolved, how do I contact Ivan Seidenberg he wont return my calls!! This is so unfair. He needs to step up and resolve this issue for me and many others with similar issues about billing.
Please help. Thank You.

Even though I feel that it is expensive, things do not make sense in this case. There are missing informations.
1) Whey you said "How did they come up with $1800 per month," I want to ask you how? You should know exactly what it was and because you call to dispute the payment earlier. So what is it?
2) Is this a phone, Internet service or both?
The party which is the cause of the problem will depend on your info as well...
