Purchased the glasses in January from an add that stated buy one and get one free. They charged my account for 2 pair.

I immediately called to cancel the order which had a 6-8 week lead time and they told me that there was no such promo and they could not cancel the order.

It is now May and no glasses.

I wrote requesting a refund and they responded that a refund was sent to my account.

It has been 10 days and no refund.
