I ordered night vison glasses from VIP member Store in January 2018 for $59.90.  I also ordered a cleaner for $14.95 at the same time. I ordered with my charge card.  The money was taken out right away.  I never heard from them say ihat my order was being processed or shipped.

I made several calls. I was told the order would be shipped in 2-7 weeks.  I also checked the internet and found out that there was really a membership of $4.95 per month which would be deducted from my credit card.  I called again and cancelled the membership before the money was deducted from my credit card.  I called again on 3/6/18, and was told that the order was on it's way. Then I recieved an email stating the order was cancelled at my request.

I called again at the end of March 2018 to find out when the money would be refunded back to my account.  I was told that I needed to speak to the billing department.  Customer Service person could not transfer me.  She said that they had my number and would call me within 3 days. I never recieved a call. 

I emailed them about the problem and was told that customer service did the right thing and that the money is being credited to my account.  That was last week.  My money has not been credited to my account yet.

I also orderes the glasses from them back in January and the glasses never came when i spoke to customer service the said the order was cancelled and they would refund my money...well that still has not happened and i have been told 10 times it was issued and they are checking on it...it is impossible to get past customer service so i am fileing a complaint with the BBB.,
