VIP Member Store Took the money out of my account immediately upon ordering. When I called over a month later to find out where they were, they said they were still processing to be mailed immediately. Sent an email stating to refund. On 02/26, they said I was refunded. Now 03/10 and no refund. Have been calling but keep getting put off. Oroville California

On 01/18/18 I ordered these Night Vision Glasses at a 2 for 1 deal. It turns out it was $59.90 (charging just as much for shipping as a second pair of glasses). I called a little over a month later to find out where the glasses were and was told they are in processing, yet they had taken $59.90 from my account immediately upon ordering. I sent emails and finally told them to refund me. On 03/09, I made the latest call inquiring about my refund as they sent an email stating they refunded me on 02/26/18. They said it takes 7 business days. It is now 03/10/18, and has not been refunded. I am calling daily. This place should be shut down.

same problem with this company

ordered night vision hd glasses on a 2 for 1 special at @

$29.95, was charged $59.90. I called immediatly and asked for a refund...agent refunded $29.95, which was 1/2 of charge...I have called 5 times since on 1/23/2018   3/02, 3/09,  3/12, 3/13/2018....each time i'm told to wait3 to 7 business days or 24 to 48 hours for refund posting..Still waiting for refund for $29.95 since january 23, 2018...I keep getting a different agent each time I call. but sounds like 2 agents jus changing their agent number...expect I will never get this refund but I will keep calling when I'm not doing anything else....cpa and bbb should go after these scammers..
