VIP MEMBER STORE Ordered Night Vision HD glasses in Jan 2018 and they said order sent immediatelly. One excuse after another until my Credit Card Company forced them to refund on April 6, 2018. Watermans Business Park, The Causeway Staines

One January 8, 2018 I ordered Night Vision HD glasses online after VIP MEMBER STORE did such a good job advertizing.  January 10, 2018 they debited my account and said the item was sent.  I could not get a tracking number.  That's when I started thinking fraud or very poor business practices .  They withdrew $76.39 from my account when they advertized TWO pairs for $29.95.  I was expecting an additional charge for difference in currency, but not that much.  They also tried to charge me a subscription fee of $6.98 per year, which I had not agreed to and got back after an arguement. I also complained about the extra charge and got back $36.68 on January 12, 2018.  On January 30th I spoke with them and a lady said that she had the order there and it will take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive.  She also said that order is being shipped but no tracking number yet.  On Febrary 4 spoke with person # 514.  She said no record of anything sent, will resend.  I advised her if nothing done by Tuesday, February 6 or my account not credited, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.  She advised me something would be done.  On February 28 I spoke with  # 193.  He said would refund money fully, item can no longer be obtained.  Refund would be 24 to 48 hours.  On March 28 I once again called (Via Member Store had never called me) and spoke with #183.  She said that the money had been refunded.  I told her that my account had not been credited and that I had been told lies all along. I also told her that I would be contacting BBB after 24 hours and for her to tell her bosses about this.  She said everything is being recorded.  I  said good, because after they told me that the glasses can no longer be obtained, they are still being offered for sale.  I even checked today - April 19, 2018 and they are still being offered for sale on the web by VIP MEMBER STORE.

I have fully recovered my money on this deal, with the help of my credit card company, and a lot of work from all except VIP MEMBER STORE.  Even if people put in the amount of work I did on this that SCAM company is still profitting from it.  Just think if they did the same with millions of people and and banked that money for 2 to 3 months like they did with me, the money they would make by just doing nothing.  There maybe lots of people who never got any money back and they don't even want to talk about it.

I think some of the employees were aware of what was going on and some weren't, but management sure had to be.  In reading some of the complaints, the glasses that some people did get were sub-standard. 

Something serious should be done about companys like this, and the owners and management responsiable should be dealth with severly . VIP MEMBER STORE'S number is 1-800-553-7257 if anyone would like to have my experience.
