Ordered night vision glasses as advertised on Facebook on January 8,2018. Did not received product.
Contacted “customer service” on April 4,2018. Received confirmation that order was canceled and a refund was to be credited to my credit card.
Two weeks later, after 3 phone calls to “customer service”, I still have not received my refund.
Charged my credit card after purchase. Sent me order confirmation via email. They canceled my order when I inquired about never receiving product. Sent me email confirming I was to receive a refund to my CC account. Two weeks later, after several phone calls to them, I have not received my refund.
