walmart the person that sold my friend the drone sold her a 3 yr. svc plan and told her if the drone was lost due to the operating system the drone would be replaced. I went to take off in flight and the drone went straight up almost out of site so I hit the come home button. The drone is to come back to where it was launched within a 6 ft. radius. Well the thing kept going straight up until it was completely out of site it never came down that I know of.. California

The drone is to land  within 6ft.    of were it was launched.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Well, the thing kept going straight up until it was completely out of site it never came down that I know of.. I called the svc plan operator and she said I had to bring the drone in so they could check it. I told her that there is no way because it is in outer space somewhere that it never came back                                                                                                                                                                                                      She said there was nothing she could due without the drone I had it all programed with height limits and distance limits and if it goes outside the limits it is programed to return home,it didn"t do that.

So is that not a defect in the unit or not. California
