Walmart Jackson, Corporate NEEDS TO CLEAN HOUSE HERE! Wal-mart accuses customers of stealing, refuses returns, and more! Jackson Kentucky

Wal-Mart stores in Jackson Kentucky really need a corporate eyeball turned in their direction. For years, this place has been a rude place to shop, the employees appear to think everyone is a thief! I was once shopping there during Christmas, paid at the end lane and was stopped six feet from where I checked out for the manager to check my receipt against the purchases in my bag! This pitiful practice was so embarrassing that I went out the exit door and then back in the front door to demand a full refund of my entire purchase of over three hundred dollars! I was so mad! Then about a year later, my husband was returning a movie to the service desk because someone had given us a duplicate copy. He just wanted to exchange it, it was new and unopened. There was no one standing there to give him a sticker to put on the item as he came through the door. He just took it on to the service desk, and was then accused of stealing it. It cost 4.96! They confiscated the movie, and I called the corporate number 1-800-WALMART, they told me to come pick out any movie that I wanted. Why couldn't they just roll the security cameras back to see my husband walking through the door with the movie in hand? Because they are lazy jackasses at this store. I have heard tale that some of the workers during Christmas change the price of the toys in the computer to a low low price until their relatives have checked out, then roll them back up to regular price. They are stealing the company blind and blaming it on the customers. I am sure their inventory will reflect this.
