Walmart Product protection replacement is no good Titusville Florida

 i purchased a cell phone from walmart on august 27, 2012 and a 2year protection replacement plan.  the cell phone started acting up after 20 days of having it.  i took it back to walmart was told i had to send it to the cell phone manufacture for repairs.  i did that got the cell phone back it worked for about 2 months and started acting up again.  i called walmart again,  again i was told to send it back to the manufacture.  my 1year manufacture warrenty is up now so i calls walmart rotection plan back trying to have this cell phone replaced i was told to send it back to the manufacture again.  i paid for a replacement plan and hasn't gotten any service out of it at all.  walmart protection plans suck.  i'm telling everyone don't waste your money on walmart.
