YP Commited Fraud Against ME Harrisburg Nationwide

YP.Com solicited me for years to sign up.  I finally agreed to sign up after several lengthy meetings.  I demanded a 6 month opt out if performance of advertising was not to my satisfaction.  After several months of paying over 2000.00 per month and being promised tons of leads I can report only recieving 5 leads.  2 of the leads turned into jobs that were not enough to even pay for ad.  I kept pleading with my rep to use better keywords or do somthing to make the ad pay for itself.  What I didn't know was he was signing my name for contract extensions and more services.  At my 6 month mark I contacted YP to discontinue services and settle up on final bill.  I was told I am locked into a year contract that they intend to enforce.  They told me the dates that I signed additional contracts for extensions and more services.  

I told them i only signed one contract in the beging and that is it.  I demanded to see the contracts that i signed.  YP provided one copy to me with a signature.  It was not my signature.  The date stamp also said 10PM and who meets with there YP reps at 10 pm to sign documents.  I told them this is outright fraud.  They are currently investigating the matter.  The sales agent of YP was obviously signing without my consent additional contracts.  This is fraud and the YP company itself should be held accountable for the actions of their representatives.  Not to mention I was on a guaranteed program that delivered nothing but revenue to YP and great losses to my company.  I am awaiting YP to finish their investigation and get back to me at this point.
