I am very frustrated and angry with the performance of this company. I got behind on one payment but was quick to make it up the next month, making my balance even and caught up as it was supposed to be, but now they are trying to make me pay double each month saying that i am always a month behind. I am through with this company. Never have i hbeen so dissapointed in a company as i am with z-tel communications. Pkease don't get caught up in this company like i did. You will end up getting ripped off and lose a large amount of money.
