I received a bill from Z-tel and I informed them that it wasn't mines. They then referred my account to debt recovery solutions. I disputed this on my credit report and it was taken off my transunion, but equifax and experian sent a letter stating that it was a legimate collection. I asked for a bill and I was sent a letter stating that I owed $529.00 now I ask what kind of phone bill is $529.00. I couldn't get an answer the people are rude I don't know what else to do.
