Z tel communications is a rip off ripoff, lied, misinformation, overcharges the business that doesn't give a dam Atmore Alabama

When setting up payment arrangements with z-tel, i am told this is a good plan and my phone always get shut off.

Last time i called said i'd pay on way to work through Western Union , which opens at 8a.m., at 7am my phone is shut off.

They charge me $30.00 for their mistake.I pay bill, days later, still no phone. Constantly telling me sorry you received wrong information, i am wondering why their misinformation costs me money.

I've tryed to switch phone companies with no luck. When I find one , they will be the first to know.

I am also always being charged for information and extra for local calling, when it should be in my plan.
Rude customer care, wondering if they own part of this company?
