Z-Tel Communications ripoff Have been promised refund since 18 August 2003 when I call customer service I get the runaround Tampa Florida

I cancelled long distance service in July, 2003. I recieved a letter confirming cacellation 15 August 2003 and promising a refund of credit balance in 30-45 days.

It is February 4, 2004 and I am still waiting. I have called customer service numerous times and spoken to Tracy, Linda, Anita, Virginia, Donna, Tiffany and others both reps and supervisors.

They either have no last names or are afraid to divulge them. The result of the phone calls is zip, nada, zero nothing more than lies and more lies. Fail to make your payments on time and these ripoff artists will charge penalties or cut your service. Ask for a refund and you are ignored. If you do business with this scam your stupidity is exceeded only by your ignorance.
