Another z tel ripoff

I changed my phone service to z tel. In my plan I recieve 200
long distance and 2000 local min. When I took this plan I was told I had virtuly unlimited local. When I found out I had already switched. I also got other people to switch too. Your
told you will recieve a credit for each customer you get them.
Well I never got a credit I paided my bill minus my credit. I
went to retrive my phone messages I couldn't This is also included in my plan. I called I was told they stopped that and my
long distance I told them I paid the bill I was told I was a little behind( the refural money $20) So I only have local
calling. I have informed them I will not pay my full bill because it is all included in my bill. I will file a complaint with the fcc I am writing this to TELL PEOPLE Z TEL IS A COMPANY YOU DON'T NEED FOR YOUR PHONE COMPANY.
