First order I never recieved as was shipped through Amazon as I found out later was because shipping switched house numbers. I found this by calling and they read my address which I was later to find out. second never showed either. both times they told me to settle with merchant??? What about the A-Zguarentee they sell although they do not tell you. this contained a part for my car which cost me 10 days waiting. No one made good.
Their last scam is "if you buy in say 14 hours you will recieveon saturday as day before was friday. this cost 25.00 and is still not here. i wrote 8 times to no avail as merchant actually worked direct through Amazon and they will not answer. Economy Overnight does not deliver on saturdays.
SO THEY CLIPPED ME FOR 95.00 PLUS SHIPPING. Lesson learned as local Fraud division of Sheriff is investigating as many complaints this x-mas season. Amazon wants to take responsibility for thieves that list , even ones who sell directly for [roblems and bait and switch as once ordered sony speakers for car for 50.00 and got 29.95 Schorsce which burned good. Shipping is a joke as all through chopping it says free 2 day delivery on 75% of items but does not say it cost 80.00 until end.
In closing it is a Craigs mail order as i have all their recipts and back and forth e-mails as evidense but does little as they will say you changed them? or you must of lost package? how about we never said that or wrote that. Be aware.

I've never had problems with Amazon, sounds to me like you don't realize when you're ordering from a 3rd party merchant that self fulfills, a 3rd party merchant that uses FBA and Amazon themselves.
Learn to use the site before you cry like a baby over nonesense that doesn't exist.
