Account # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (LOOKS ALREADY SUPER FAKE WITH THIS #, if you recevie the letter with the same # like me, you'll know they are scam)
This letter will vefify that ARO inc (their website is ARC.ca, WHY NOT ARO, they changed their name for what reason) is acting pursuant to a Contract of Service with HP Advanced Solutions INc., a British Columbia company (come on, HP? )
To date, we have been unable to resolve this matter with you? (What? I have not even heard from anyone before)
Please be advised that should you not contact this office to disucss your situation, we will recommend to the Ministry of Finance that legal action be commenced against you. (what? isn't that about Medical ? why finance dept "
The WTF part is they don't even have a name print on the letter, it's just Payment Processing Department
Anyway, let's unite to take down this SCAM artists.

I was living in British Columbia back in 2010 - 2011. I got charged for some fees every month, i paid on time. After 2011 August, i moved to the Ontario province, I instantly registered for the new Health Care service. However, BC Care is still charging me until recently they sold my account to the collection agency.
I called the BC insurance company and they said, " yeah, your amount of the past three years will be erased ", what the heck. They have not even contacted me in the past three years. Now you will see how terrible of their service. They know how to make you pay, but they don't know how to communicate properly.If I died during that time, they will still charge me for hell.
And, i don't know how this ARO/ARC company get my current address, just let everyone else know, collection agency has no rights to use any threaten language. If possible, never contact them directly, contact your source instead.
