We did not have a great experience and are not happy with our carpet from Empire Today.  Two months after install, it wore down pretty significantly.  The carpet we chose had a 10 year wear warranty.  We called customer service, and after a few calls with no return call - we got someone out to look at it from Empire.  Empire then hired a "third party", who they paid, to look at it about two months later. 

So, the carpet was 4 months old with significant wear, and they found it to be normal even though the inspection revealed noticeable pile crushing and packing in traffic lanes.  The original pile height was 10/32" which crushed to 4/32" which did not restore height with grooming, according to the inspection report.  We re not happy with our carpet at all as it looks terrible for 4 months old.  Warning - do not use them.
