I applied for a payday cash loan with payday-loan yes on 12*22*11.  I was sent an esignature page to sign but could never open the page.  I notified the company of this twice and when I didn't hear from them on 12*22*11 I assumed that the loan was not going to happen. 

Well on 12*23*11 there as a $350.00 deposit in my checking account and my account was also debited $10.00 all a mystery to me.  The payday loan company had fraudulently e-signed my name to a loan document which I would have never signed because of the $10.00 fee that was charged.

I made such a fuss about what they did that the loan was cancelled they got their money back but to this day I have never received my $10.00 back.  I contacted the BBB but they were unsucessful in getting a response from the company.  This company is nothing but money-hungry.  

I have had pay-day loans before and was never charged a fee that is ridiculos to pay a fee on top of a fee.  This company is fraudently signing names on documents, and making unauthorized transactions.  They need to be put on blast.  I was going to file a compaint with the Arbitration Boad in hopes that they could get my $10.00 back but couldn't afford the $50.00 fee.
