I did, sadly, take out a loan with them. I was under the impression that they were licensed in Colorado where it is required.  When I found out they were not I tried to settle with them for an amount in line with Colorado Law.

They refused. Claim they are only responsible for the laws in the state they are licensed to lend and that I am responsible for paying their excessive fees.

I asked where they were licensed to lend - they refuse to say
I asked where they are corporately registered - they refused
I asked for their address - they refused
I asked for a copy of the loan documents and they refused unless I paid some crazy fee.
I asked if we could settle and they said once I gave them my credit card or debit card information they would discuss. I said I would not unless I had an agreement in writing - they refuses. I offered to send a cashiers check if we reached settlement - they refused to take a cashiers check.

They have called and are loud and abusive and very vulgar and call me personally offensive names, insult my family and children and are just simply horrible.

I spoke to someone named Mr. Green who claimed to be the owner and he said he was a bottom feeder and knew all the ins and outs and would get his money and had zero respect for laws and organizations - States Attorney, FTC, Better Business Bureaus and more.

Now they claim they are going to file for a judgement to be able to take money from my bank account. I asked them where they would file and refused to tell me as they intended to get a default judgement because I would not be notified and not be able to be in court? OMG

They are all over the internet, 5-6 states are investigating them or have issued cease and desist or fined them and they laugh. They say they are teflon and can do what they please and have never paid a dime in fees and have no intention of doing so.

It is impossible to find them and stop them. My state is investigating but has offered nothing to assist.

Anyone with any ideas please post.
