Payday Loan Yes Scam Artists P.O. Box 19935 Internet

I am SO GLAD that I didn't go with this compay. I applied for a loan and their staff was so incompetent that it was actually funny. I was told to fax items over, which I did. When I went to check on it, they had lost the fax, so I sent them again. I received an email from "Jazmin" saying that the loan was approved and that I would have the funds the next day. They were not deposited, and I emailed "Jazmin" to find out what was going on. I received an email back saying that I was denied because I didn't have direct deposit, which I do and this was clearly stated in the application. I sent everything over again, received ANOTHER email from them telling me that I was approved and that the money would be deposited and available the next day.

The next day came and no money....I contacted them again and this time they told me that I had falsified my pay stub document, which was a complete lie and they also told me that I had not submitted my pay stub for a paydate that I don't even have. I sent everything AGAIN and was told the same thing. Again, no money in the account.

I sent emails to "Jazmin" and "Kimberly" (I doubt that they use their real names at this company) and told them exactly what I thought of their company and they replied with very unprofessional and rude emails (what would you expect from scum like this). About the only good thing to come out of this whole mess is that fact that nobody from this company made a penny off me. This company is based in the Bahamas, so I'm sure that their tactics are not legal. If they are harassing anyone out there, I would contact your state attorney general office to see what the laws are in your state.
