Tim Atkins With Payday Loan Yes He has had his employees call my job and harrass me about a payment already paid in full in 2007. Internet

mr. atkins has been having his employees make constant phone calls to my job and i have told them many times that my bank , back then , told me they made full payment to them already and not to pay them anymore.

the one man, whom did not want to give his name or number he was calling me form today, said he will call me at work as many times as he wants to, even after i told him that loan has already been paid off and that i was not going to pay them anymore, to stop calling me at my job because i was already reprimanded three times that i was not allowed anymore persoanl phone calls.

he said he did not care if i lost my job. now i have sent mr. atkins an email to his his attention to cease and desist all letters to me ,be they by mail,email or phones. i sent him a 2nd demand to cease and desist all letters , today and did advice him i was filing a complaint on his name and company. i did save his email address for my records and i also printed a copy of the email i sent him today.

please help me get this company off me and stop them from harrassing me at my job,which i cannot afford to lose.

i know these are collectors who have no clue as to whom we clients have spoken to nor what payments have been made, except that they are only getting paid for how many people they can scam into sending them money
that they already sent in.

these collectors do not care aboout people losing their jobs since they are doing their own jobs which is to harrass and use scare tactics on those who do not know their rights.
