Samsung Warranty run-around: many calls and many months and maybe they'll honor it but I must pay for a 2nd installation, as well as a second microwave (it won't be a Samsung!) first. They won't repair or replace - after telling me that they would and waiting weeks to change their mind.

Samsung manager: Evenson id 1928  BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY WITH 5 YR WARRENTY AND ECPIED BY 5 DAYS WHEN I REACHED OUT FOR ASSISTANCE.
