VIP Member Store Charged my creidt card and failed to deliver.

I ordered night vision glasses from an advertisement airmed and senior citizens. 

It was supposed to be a senior discount.  They failed to apply the discount and charged me full price.  When I found this out, I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order.

  Instead they sent a partial refund and stated that the glasses where being sent to me. 

After two months passed with the glasses being delivered.  I emailed them against complaining about non-delivery. 

They emailed back that it was against their policy to reship merchandise and promised that they would send a refund. 

After waiting two weeks for the refund, I called them and was told that a supervisor had cancelled the refund because it was past the refund date but promised a supervisior would call me and work it out.

  After another week with no call, Iemailed them again and received a response that the person sending theemail would personally speak to the supervisor. 

I have not heard from them again.

I guess I was fortunate to receive the partial refund.
