Amazon Amazon They will not refund me my money for one of the two tires i returned. I bought two tires, one was the wrong brand of tire, and the other tire was wrong size but correct brand. I returned them 6 to 7 months ago and they still only refunded me one tire

I ordered two tire Aug 13, 2021. The one was the correct brand of tire but the wrong size. The other was the wrong brand but correct size. I got called amazon, got return lables, and returned.  After awhile say two months I realized I hadn't gotten refunded yet. 

I called amazon . They said they got the tires I'd be refunded in 3 to 4 days. I got refunded for one of the tires. I call every week or two and go through it with amazon trying to get  the remaining $211 dollars owed . It's march 20 2022  still getting the run around, and they won't refund
