Motel 6 G6 hospitality Won't refund me on a horrendous stay at their motel Knoxville Tennessee

I rented a room for two nights at the motel 6 on merchants road in Knoxville TN. I paid $150 and the room was FILTHY. sheets were stained AND dirty, there were cigarette burns & MOLD all over the blanket, the floors are disgusting, the toilet as well, the shower was even worse. I had NO towels, washclothes, soap OR toilet paper in the room when I checked in at 1:50pm January 10. I went to get toilet paper & some garbage bags from the office & make my 3rd request 4towels & washcloths. Finally after request #4 I got some around 5pm on Jan 11. Not only were there no amenities like a microwave or fridge there wasn't even a telephone in the room! The ice machine wasn't working, I had to walk to the hotel next door to get ice! I requested a refund after being there 45 minutes (that long bc I was calling around trying to find another hotel) & was told I only had 30 minutes to make such a request. The following morning I was told by the desk clerk that she would go ahead and refund me for my second night if I choose to go ahead and not stay. We had a snow storm which was the reason I got the room anyway by then every hotel on the exit was booked forcing me to stay. 

And their customer service? Turns out it's g6 hospitality and after many many phones 2them I was told the only thing they were allowed to do AT ALL was "email the property manager '...can't give refunds, can't give me a number for corporate. Making motel 6 a liar when they say "we take customer complaints VERY serious."...

They literally have no number for anyone in corporate. And asking for a supervisor? It helps none I was told..."all we can do is send an email to the property manager '...I even said. "Whats the point I'm having people call you.?" The 1st time I asked I was told "I can't discuss that any farther'... The  2nd time I asked someone else & the little girl answered when she probably wasn't suppose to. Telling me. "The ONLY thing we are allowed to do is email the property manager '....
