Amazon & Dewalt Deception and deceitful, False advertising. Nationwide

My wife purchased a Dewalt 12v impact wrench kit on Amazon. According to Amazon, my item comes with a 90 day money back guarantee. We attempted to return this item well within the 90 days and Amazon refused by saying there policy is only for 30 days. Dewalt was contacted and Dewalt said that we are bound by Amazon's policy. This is deception, deceitful and false advertisement. I have images proving my claim.

NOTE: My wife used her credit card for this transaction. I did not use mine. This is why I checked NO below.
