I signed up for an unlimited plan and I was never informed that there was a 4 MB speed restriction and my profession I need to be able to upload videos to an online server the whole purpose of me getting the unlimited phone plan was so that I can do my job with no restrictions. after signing up with them the LTE speed was so slow I could not even upload a video to a single client therefore the whole purpose of the phone defeated the reason for getting it.

I've contacted them multiple times and the only option ever given to me was to upgrade my plan for an additional $30 but that would only increase my speed to 5 Mb max speed. later this year I found out that the original plan that I signed up for with the 4 MB speed was actually downgraded and now is limited at 3 Mb.

This was done without my knowledge nor was I informed in it and it was done to all people not just me. my monthly charge was quoted at 126 I've only paid two bills at $126.00 each month the bill increased, originally I was paying 126 for 4 MB speed plus my phone now I'm paying 129 and I only have 3 MB speed.

the at&t phone store had no displays showing the plan and when i left i was given nothing but a single paper receipt. when it came to the discovery i had to find out on my own through research. as none of this information was given to me up front. they are a complete fraud. when i called in to complain i was met with a woman who ended up mocking me and made fun of me.

no compensation was offered even though they downgraded their service plans, and increase the bill. The other issue that I have is because of their lies I was no longer able to work because their phone and the combination of my poor home Wi-Fi wasn't fast enough to allow me to do my job during the time of signing up for the phone my home Internet speed was very slow let's say maybe about 10 MB and I share with my two kids Who are always on their devices so when it came to working off of the home Wi-Fi uploading a video to a client Took in excess of three minutes estimated, depending on how many people were using the Internet in my home.

so again I say the whole purpose of signing up with AT&T was completely defeated because it was even slower than my home Internet and I couldn't even upload a video with their 4 MB service and if it did it took longer than 3 to 5 minutes, and now it's downgraded even more to 3mbs. and now because of AT&T I am $6000 in debt because from June to November I was recovering from surgeries if I would've been able to do my job I could've worked from my bed while recovering.

online and in my job I make upwards of $100 to $200 a day. so during those months I was not able to work therefore I was losing about $3000 income a month and cannot cover the cost of my bills and had to put it on Credit now I am in debt because of AT&T. I gave up on even trying to contact them I sent letters to headquarters email so on and so forth and it has done no justice so that's why I'm here nobody else should fall victim to them like I did their store policies should be changed or their license should be taken away. but unfortunately we live in a Country where people are given a license to defraud others.
