on june 1 2007 i call at&t to ask for internet wireless, the person who talk to me told me about one for 49.99 a month and one unlimited for 79.99 a month, she told me that the one for 49.99 has a limit of 50 mega bites, i ask what was thas and she make me believe that for me was a lot, that i could download music an more so i order that service. i receive the wireless card but i call at&t again to ask about the 50 mega bites again and they confused me more about it, so i ask then to explain me if i open a mail how many mega bites is that and they said they did not know, so then again i ask if i go over my 50 megabites is my service going to be interrupted and again they did not know, but they let me see again thay 50 megabites is huge.
few days later i call again to speak to someone in spanish thinking i would understand better but it was more of the same. on july at&t call me saying that a have a balance that i need to pay and told me that it was for 69.000.00 or they would cut my service. i ask to talk to a manager and i was told that was responsible for that bill so they cut my internet but at the same time they cut my phone service that i have with cingular wireless now at&t.

Your story is chocked full of holes....first off it is not 50 megabytes it is 5 gigabytes a month and that is clearly explained in the terms and conditions (as well as the overage charges if you go over) that you received with your order. I have the laptop card with AT&T so I can tell you without a doubt that it is CLEARLY explained in more than one section of the terms. You want to know how much data that is...it depends on what you are doing. NO ONE can tell you how much you are going to use. If you got that big of a bill you were probably using it as your primary internet. This issue is in my opinion your fault due to your failure to read the terms of service.

Did the phone drone give you an explaination for charging you over 75K for internet? Man, take these jokers to court and let them explain their crappy billing to a judge.
