In my area at&t stopped offering DSL and told us we had to switch to U-verse. Me and my wife did on 10-22-13 the tech came out and switched our
service. On 12-05-13 we received two bills one for the new U-verse and one for the disconnected DSL. My wife called AT&T and after about 2 hours we were told that the problem was solved and we only had one bill which we paid. On 12-30-13 AT&T automatically pulled $89.64 out of our account for the
disconnected DSL and $31.00 for the U-verse. When we called to have this problem solved we were on hold for over 4 hours we were hung up on and sent
back to their automated call screen service over 10 times. At the end they said they would credit the money back in 3-5 business days which does not really help me and my wife because that money was for groceries this week so until we get our money back we cannot eat. When I spoke to a supervisor I was told there was nothing they could do for our time spent or for the fact that they unlawfully pulled money out of my account.

If the money was taken out automatically, that means you signed an agreement to have that money taken out. AT&T doesn't just go looking up your checking account information to randomly take your money. Oh that's right, did you forget to mention you had the autopay set up for the DSL account?
