AuraVie Justin emp # 336 Refused full refund & mis-advertisement Van Nuys California

I was offered a gift for a story review I did if I paid shipping and handling.  I agreed and the product was shipped.  I received it and tried the product for three days, I was very unhappy with the feel of my skin so I called and left a message that I was not happy and to make sure they did not try to send me anymore.  I called them back again because I forgot to leave the order number and again told them not to try to send any more.  Yesterday I was charged $97.88 on my card so I called again and was told that they would only give me 70% refund because I did not call and cancel.  I was transferred to a supervisor but I was refused to talk to a manager to try to resolve the problem.  I'm a widowed senior on social security and can not afford this kind of rip off nor would I ever pay $98 for skin cream that left my skin like a dried out piece crap!
