Century Link Resonded to flyer offering $25 Visa card for test-driving Prism TV July13, 2015;never received Murray Utah

July 13, 2015 I responded to a flyer that I received from Century Link to "Test-Drive" the new Prism TV system and receive a $25 Visa gift card.  I spent approximately 1 hour testing the system; when I inquired about the gift card, they took my name and address and promised to send the card to me in the next week.  I have not received it.   I have called them 3 times and have recieved no response.  No return phone calls and no Visa Card.  This is false advertising....the flyer said there was no purchase necessary.
