For almost a year I have been unable to compose anything in my email. I hesitated to call tech support because I new they would only make it worse. However, when it became apparent that I would have to sign in each time I wanted to use view email, despite having checked remember me, I contacted customer service.

Customer service, hah, what a joke! The first idiot I had the displeasure of speaking with could not understand my problem despite carefully enunciating every word and syllable. The rep could not understand my problem (as I could barely understand her words).

The next person I talked to was equally as ignorant. The thrid person, I asked point blank, "Do you know what you are doing?" This person tried to help me but the email did not behave the way it was supposed to so he enlisted the help of a tech with more expertise.

That is where it sits today. I was given a ticket number that I am informed each time I call to get an updated status I am told is not a real ticket number. No will give me another ticket number so I have no idea what number I am supposed to give them.

Each morning I go in and see if I can get into my eamil and each morning I learn that they have screwed it so that I cannot even open my email.

I am told they are working on it but given no estimate as to when it will be fixed.

I run a home-based business that uses this email account and my customer base uses this email...Centurylink does not care.

What incentive does Centurylink have to fix my email? Who holds them accountable for their deceptive practices? So what if they don't repair my email? What am I going to do about it...look for another ISP? When I more than likely will end up with an ISP as bad or worse than they are?
