Choice Home Warranty has trained claim denial employees !

This all started with a clogged drain in our home in New Jersey, first so called technician came in told us septic tank is full, thats why the drains a backing up.  Called to get the septic pumped, now tank is empty and drains still clogged.  Second tech came in, supposed to be a plumber had no clue how to clear the line so again he blamed the septic, which is empty.  Reported this to CHW and they wanted proof we pumped it, so we complied, sent receipt as proof. 

Okay now the next so called plumber again comes out and says we have no clean out and cant do the job.  We ended up calling Roto Rooter in Freehold NJ, they came out, charged us $542 to do the job, they knew exactly what to do unlike the other so called technicians CHW sent out.  Now we had a clogged drain running through the house out to the septic tank, they pulled the toilet, cleaned the drain sucessfully and all is well... 

Now the good part, We submitted this claim for reimbursement from our contracted warranty company, Choice Home Warranty, and guess what, they have a trained denial employee that manipulated this clog to place it in the excluded category.  Yet the contract says it covers, and I quote " Stoppages/Clogs in drain and sewer lines up to 100 feet from the access point (which was the toilet in the downstairs bath).  Mainline stoppages are only covered if there is an accessible ground level cleaned.  This was a viable and easily accessed cleaned.  Well this employee manipulated it to define it as a non access point.. What ?  Why didn't Roto Rooter also state this ?  Because Roto Rooter has professionals, something CHW Lacks ! 

They lie in their ads stating they have fully qualified services, which on this the 2nd instance, we have come to find out, once earlier in the year with an electrician, that could not replace an outdoor receptacle.. Well bottom line if you are reading this and are considering Choice Home Warranty, please save yourself headaches & money, choose another, any other.. Trust me we know...
