I am in the US Navy and I was on deployment for 9 months. My wife sent a check for $40 to cox before she flew back to her country because she's scared leaving by herself in the state.
COX never agree that he received the check and begins to apply fees. My wife's English is bad so she could not do much about it. She tried to call many times COX but she never got helped.
Whenever I got back from deployment I found out that my house got robbed and I had to deal 3 weeks with cox to solve the problem wasting more money and time.
I called cox and they replied that they never received the check.
I called my bank NAVY FEDERAL (I appreciate their professionalism and outstanding job as always) and they fount out that the check # 0008 has been paid on the 19 NOV 2012 for cox.
I made a group call me NAVY FEDERAL and cox and after my NAVVY FED rep explain to cox rep that the check has been paid they refuses to accept and they asked that the check need to be faxed to them. NAVY FED rep faxed the check.
After 5 business days I made another group call and sonia (cox rep) says that they never received the fax. Erica (NAVY FED rep) faxed the check again on the second of MAY 2013.
I called 2 days after that and jeff (cox rep) agreed that he received the check and returned the $40 back and refuses to return the fee applied.
I am satisfied. I don't want to go further. I was tired already from deployment and I had to deal with UNSAT and UNPROFESSIONAL business like cox plus dealing with my house robbery.
