Empire Today came to install my laminate flooring and told me after they arrived they do not have laminate for the stairs. The laminate for the stairs is included in the order, but the type of laminate they provided doesn't have material for stairs. They left the installation incomplete and will not return calls or compete the installation of the laminate for the stairs. They need to return and complete my stairs and I don't understand how a company this big can be so unprofessional. This is why these complaint websites are so necessary.
