Chris Nelson at Empire today sold me carpet and installation in our commercial building. Including furniture removal. They no showed 2 times. Failed to complete the job 2 times in addition. I finally had to hire furniture removal separately. Chris would not return calls and or texts. I have spent nearly 5 hours on hold and or talking with the cooperate office. They do not return calls and or follow through. At this point carpet is still not installed causing several thousand in delays. Avoid business with Empire today at all costs
