I ordered a EOS Digital Rebel XTi Silver w/ Fall Package. I also ordered an extra battery ($99.99 that I got elseware for about $35) and an extra charger ($49.95). I got the camera and on the side of the Canon box it stated a battary and charger were included. I did not get the extras that I ordered. I tried clling for days muliple times a day and every time got disconnected.

Finally went to the BBB of New Jersey who got a reply from the company saying I got what I was supposed to even though I Sent copies of everything. I was told by the BBB to next go to the Middlesex County Consumer Affairs in New Brunswick. Total Disgusted! Don't ever do business with these people!
