EXPRESS CAMERAS Delayed Delivery, lies about availability Edison New Jersey

Company took order for camera package, promised delivery 3-5 business days. 10 days later no package and when called, now said 6 - 9 weeks delivery. sent e-mail - no repsonse.

Called and canceled, 2 days later called about order and said order still on file, not canceled, and 6 - 8 weeks delivery. Canceled again.

Took ext number of person. Called within 10 minutes to see if status of camera package was true - and respondent confirmed that my ordered package was available and for overnight delivery. When questioned they denied that previous caller and extension number existed.

Do not use this company for any order - their 'satisfied customers' do not exist - extension numbers and staff detailed have never existed.
