Express Cameras Ripoff mislead Edison new jersey

I contacted express cameras about purchasing a canon 20d digital camera. When I spoke to a representative I told him exactly what I was looking for. He told me of a great package that wasnt listed on the website at that time. Sounded to good to be true.. that should have been my first clue. Well, as we started to hang up he started talking really fast and told me that he was sending me an upgraded canon xltrebel. He said the only difference between the rebel and the 20D was that the rebel has a titanium body. The camera came in, the flash was missing. I called numerous times and would be put on hold, or the place was closed. I would get disconnected after someone picked up the phone and hung it up. This happend for days. When I called to tell them I was unsatisfied, I was told that I only had 7 days to return the camera. It was the 10th day when I was finally able to speak with someone. Also.. I was charged 1999.00 for the rebel and you can buy it for less than 1000.00 any where else.. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
