I bought a camera a while back (d100) thinking wow, great price. I was told it was gray market unless I paid for usa which was NOT advertised as such and that I HAD to pay HUNDREDS extra for the included accesories such as battery and charger and body caps.

They were RUDE. I also included a Mb100 battery pack and when it DIDN'T arrive I only received a regular enl3 battery charger. They told me that was what I had paid the extra 300 dollars for. I argued that I specifically asked for the vertical grip battery pack and I was yelled at then was hung up on the phone by the man three times. They have REFUSED me a refund or a replacement product. I had to end up buying my battery pack from another vendor.
